The Development and Quality Assurance Center and the College of Engineering carry out a workshop to review the interior design program document

 The Center for Development and Quality Assurance, in cooperation with the College of Engineering and Information Technology, implemented it today, Thursday, April 25, 2024 AD. A workshop on “Reviewing and Enriching the Interior Design Engineering Program”, in the presence of the President of the University, Dr. Nasser Hadi Al-Mofari, the Dean of the College of Engineering and Information Technology, Dr. Ibrahim Farea, the Dean of the Development and Quality Assurance Center, Dr. Sharaf Al-Hamdi, the Head of the Architectural Engineering Department, Dr. Ahmed Yafa’a, and a number of specialists. In interior design, a number of academics, students and representatives of the labor market.

 At the opening of the workshop, the University President, Dr. Nasser Al-Mofari, welcomed the participants, noting that the introduction of the interior design program constitutes a qualitative addition to the university’s specializations, in accordance with the requirements of the labor market, and in implementation of the university’s 2025 strategy, stressing the importance of this workshop in reviewing and developing the interior design engineering program document and enhancing its quality. .

 The University President praised the efforts of the Development and Quality Assurance Center, the College of Engineering, and the participants in the workshop to develop the program document, stressing the importance of the outcomes of this workshop contributing to ensuring the quality of the program and its compatibility with the needs of the labor market.

 The workshop, which was moderated by the Dean of the Quality and Academic Development Center, Dr. Sharaf Al-Hamdi, aimed to review and approve the Interior Design Engineering Program specifications document...prepared by an elite group of professors specialized in this field: Prof. Ahmed Mohamed Yafaa, Dr. Muhammad Ismail Faye, Dr. Muhammad Abdel Hamid Noman.

 The workshop resulted in a number of important recommendations, which would develop the interior design engineering program document and enhance its quality, ensuring the graduation of qualified and highly efficient engineering cadres that meet the needs of the labor market.

 The workshop was also attended by a group of interior design specialists and representatives of the labor market, including: A.M.D. Ali Muhammad Amer, and A.M.D. Samira Saleh Al-Shawish, Prof. Dr. Najib Ali Al-Maqtari, Dr. Sahar Al-Eryani, M. Hanan Dahan, M. Ruqaya Rashid, M. Nasser Al-Dharafi, and Eng. Maysoon Al-Sururi.
