Launching a training program for the university’s administrative staff on time management and work pressures in partnership with the Kafl Development Foundation

 With funding from the Skills Development Fund, the Emirates International University, in partnership with the Kafl Development Foundation, today, Saturday, launched a training program for specialists from its administrative staff on time management and work pressures, as part of its endeavor to develop the capabilities of its employees and improve their job performance.

 

 The training program addresses a group of topics related to time management, such as how to set priorities, organize time, and manage time in group work, in addition to topics related to work pressures, such as the causes of work pressures and ways to deal with them.

 

 The program lasts for 10 days, with the participation of 20 specialists from various departments at the university.

 

 During the inauguration of the program, Dr. Nasser Hadi Al-Mofari, President of the University, stressed that the training program will contribute to providing employees with the necessary skills to manage time and work pressures, which will help them perform their tasks efficiently and effectively.

 

 The university president considered that time management and work pressures are among the most important skills that a successful employee must possess, because of their significant impact on productivity and performance.

 

 For his part, the Secretary-General of the University, Dr. Fouad Ismail Hanash, confirmed that the University is keen to organize specialized training programs, with the aim of developing the capabilities and skills of its employees, in a way that contributes to achieving its goals.

 

 The Director of the Kafl Development Foundation, Mr. Ali Baydan, pointed out that the training program is distinguished by its interactive style and practical application of time management skills and work pressures, and provides a set of skills and tools necessary to manage time and work pressures efficiently and effectively, using modern training methods, which contribute to achieving His goals.

 

 The inauguration of the program was attended by Ms. Jamila Al-Sharjabi, Planning Officer at the Deanship of Development and Quality Assurance, and Ms. Lamia Al-Khursani, Head of the Human Resources Department at the university.
