The university receives verification and field technical support committees affiliated with the Academic Accreditation Council

 The team of the Council for Academic Accreditation and Quality Assurance of Higher Education, headed by Prof. Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Shuaibi, a member of the Council, organized a visit to the Emirates International University this Saturday morning, where the team was received by the University President, Dr. Nasser Hadi Al-Mofari, the Vice President of the University, Dr. Ahmed Al-Baadani, the Secretary-General, Dr. Fouad Ismail Hanash, and the Dean. The Center for Development and Quality Assurance, Professor Dr. Sharaf Al-Hamdi, in the presence of the Dean of the College of Medicine, Professor Dr. Saleh Al-Dhaheri, the Dean of the College of Engineering, Professor Dr. Ibrahim Farea, and the Dean of the College of Administrative and Financial Sciences, Dr. Muhammad Al-Kahali.

 At the beginning of the meeting, the President of the University, Dr. Nasser Al-Mofari, welcomed the Academic Accreditation Council team, praising the role that the Council plays in developing the educational process. We extend our thanks and appreciation to the Council team and the university team for their efforts in providing technical support to complete the self-evaluation process for the programs that the university submitted to obtain special accreditation.

 Dr. Abdulaziz Al-Shuaibi, head of the team, had spoken about the importance of field visits to the university with the aim of verifying and providing field technical support to study the self-evaluation of laboratory, information technology and business management programmes, according to a form to verify the readiness of the programmes, and to provide the observations that must be made to complete the program files and then complete their preparation. In final form, it will be delivered to the Council to subsequently carry out the accreditation procedures after reviewing it by a specialized committee and forming a team of external reviewers to go to the university.

 It is worth noting that the team consists of three committees of experts who were trained by the Council to provide technical support for the three programs.

 Members of the Council Committees: Prof. Dr. Lotfi Al-Maqtari and Prof. Dr. Fouad Hassan Abdel Razzaq and Prof. Dr. Murad Al Nashmi and Dr. Musa Ghorab and Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Saafani.

 The committees also began their work with college deans and department heads by reviewing files according to academic standards.

 The meeting was also attended by the university: Prof. Dr. Abdel Baset Al-Ghouri, Head of the Laboratory Department, and Prof. Dr. Abdullah Al-Qurashi, Head of the International Business Administration Department, and Dr. Fahmi Al-Dakkaf, Head of the Department of Accounting, Financial and Banking Sciences, and Prof. Dr. Adnan Al-Mutawakel, Head of the Information Technology Department, Dr. Taha Al-Nasari and Dr. Hisham Aklan, faculty members, and Ms. Jamila Al-Sharjabi, Planning Officer at the University’s Development and Quality Assurance Center.
